Tie-breaking for prizes
We may have a situation where two or more players qualify for prizes based on points totals. Here's how we'll break ties in this eventuality.

The starting point will be the players with the highest Win Point + Margin Point total (no Bonus Point). In the event of ties:
  • The player with the higher Win Point total will qualify
  • If there are still ties, the player with the lower Total Distance from Margin* (TDM) will qualify
  • If there are still ties, the winner will be chosen randomly by computer from the qualifying players
* Total Distance from Margin: this is the sum of the absolute values of the differences between your picks and the actual picks for all games in a round. It's visible on your weekly performance chart on the home page, and on your performance page. Example:

Real result Your pick TDM
Team A by 6 Team A by 17 11
Team A by 12 Team B by 5 17
Team A by 8 Team A by 1 7
Team A by 13 Team B by 2 15
